Everything we discussed - every bit of advice - from the sales strategy to staging to positioning - was spot on. It was particularly useful as sellers to have a well thought - out, long range plan. We used that time to get our house into top physical condition, view comparables and select the optimal timing. The staging advice and video were the icing on the cake. Finally, your knowledge of the Calgary market, the Bonavista neighbourhood and your connections with local Realtors / buyers paid a huge dividend.
